Track Application

• If you have already submitted your application, you can track it online using our tracking service.
• Courier after submission: You can still opt for the courier service to receive your passport in the address that you provide. For further details, kindly contact us on our call centre numbers: +60390784816. You can also contact us by e-mail at info.myph@blshelpline.com.

Please read the instructions carefully while collecting your Passport:

• The applicant may personally claim the Passport at the BLS Philippine Passport Renewal Center in Kuala Lumpur bringing the official receipt and old Passport; or
• The applicant can also request a representative to claim the Passport, bringing along the applicant’s old Passport, official receipt, duly notarized authorisation letter and an identification card/Passport of the authorised representative.
• For applicants 17 years old and below, only a parent is authorised to claim the minor’s Passport. Please bring the old Passport of the minor, Passport of the Parent, official receipt and birth certificate of the minor.
• If you have paid for a courier service , your Passport will be sent to the address that you have provided at the time of submission.
• Please present your valid Photo ID/Old Passport for identification while collecting your shipment from the courier person.
